Traffic Management Office and Materiel Management
Gulfport CRTC facilitates the deployed training of Air National Guard (ANG) organizations with options for shipping and receiving equipment and materiel. Organizations requiring shipping and receiving assistance to support a training event must first contact the Base Scheduling Office via e-mail at

, via commercial (COMM) phone line at (228) 214-6142 or Defense Switched Network (DSN) at 363-6142, to determine availability of desired training date(s). Direct equipment and materiel shipping and receiving questions to TMO at COMM (228) 214-6136 or DSN 363-6136.
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OFFICE (TMO):
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING –
TMO requires a 10 business day notice from visiting organizations requiring support to receive or ship equipment, materiel or hazardous material (HAZMAT) certification.
FUNDING –
Gulfport CRTC will not fund shipping and receiving expenses for visiting organizations unless it is identified on an approved Support Agreement (FS Form 7600A) and a Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) is on file with Gulfport CRTC Financial Management office. Submit unit Transportation Accounting Code (TAC) or FedEx account authorization before arrival.
LINE HAULING EQUIPMENT AND MATERIEL –
When line hauling equipment and materiel to Gulfport CRTC, visiting organizations are responsible for providing forklift operators in the Advanced Operational Node (ADVON) team and Redeployment team.
MATERIEL MANAGEMENT (BASE SUPPLY):
Gulfport CRTC is unable to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), administrative supplies, or military supplies and equipment to visiting organizations.
